Today I’m joined by Louise Dillon, Armadillo Social
Louise won a Woman Who Achieves Award in 2022.
In the first part of this two-part special Podcast, Louise shares her journey into business with her digital marketing agency. Louise is celebrating her 10th Business Birthday this year.
With a background in Television with Sky TV, Louise now specialises in the strategy behind business marketing and getting the team engaged in a positive way.
We chat around how Louise and her journey from watching TV to engaging in social media. She used her skill set from TV and transferred it into business.
In part two we talk about how Louise stepped back from business in 2019 when her son Fred became ill and subsequently died in the middle of lockdown.
Louise chats about how she dealt with Fred’s death and her return to work in the middle of the pandemic and how she rebuilt her business during a period of grief. Louise highlights how we don’t talk about grief.
