This was a great conversation with Jenny Gilson who helps bakers turn passion into profit.
Jenny shares how, from an early age, she had a passion for baking and when she casually drops names like Claridges and King Charles into the conversation, you know it's going to be a great episode.
Jenny shares her journey about how she built a retail cake business and how the opportunity to bake a first anniversary cake for then Prince Charles & Camilla came about.
After 25 years in the industry, appearing on the TV, making a royal cake and winning awards, Jenny built and sold her six figure cake business and trained as a coach.
Now Jenny is focused on just ONE mission. Coaching cake makers and bakers to build a business with confidence. Coaching with a difference, Jenny is your biggest cheerleader, she makes growing a business fun using her proven strategy to support and empower cake makers across the world.
